What data we collect
- data sent to us by e-mail (name, e-mail address, message),
- technical data recorded in the server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type),
- data of people using the help of MIP Rawicz — only to the extent necessary to provide support.
Purpose and legal basis
We process e-mail correspondence in order to answer your message — on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server log data is processed to keep the website secure.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work — above all the Joomla session identifier. Your language choice and your answer to the cookie banner are stored in the browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House,
Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to compile visit statistics: the number of users, the pages they view, where they came
from, the approximate location at city level and the type of device. Google Analytics stores its own cookies
(_ga, _ga_*, valid for up to two years) and processes a shortened IP address. We do not profile
users and we do not run behavioural advertising.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The Google Analytics script is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and refusing does not limit your use of the website. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — just open the cookie settings and choose “Only essential”. Within Google Analytics data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to the hosting provider that maintains the server and — as far as correspondence is concerned — to the e-mail provider.
Retention period
We keep correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter and for the period resulting from the rules on archiving the Foundation’s documentation.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
This document must be reviewed by the Foundation before the site goes live under the final domain — in particular with regard to the processing of data of people using MIP Rawicz.
